Hi Annie, Yes, I've upped my fitness time since joining SP; doing it gradually. Now I aim for a minimum of 120 total minutes a day. Many days going over that; on those days counting shoveling snow and other house activities that count as fitness minutes. Most minutes now are from aerobic walking; some of which are from my 5 /12 minute "sparks" of walking each day that I do right here in the house. They've made a tremendous difference; I think they keep my metabolism rev'd up. Then I try to fit in yoga classes and gym workouts where I can. Looking forward to spring and working in the yard again. I like being the size I am; but, I also like to be able to eat more than 15oo calories a day! Be well, Joy 3732 days ago

Hi Annie...it has been in the mid 50's here....I was doing ab work on my ab machine...and then quit through the holidays...need to get back into it...also was lifting some light weights...also need to start them again...been a little lazy...but have been doing more walking...
