    Hi Annie, Yes, I've upped my fitness time since joining SP; doing it gradually. Now I aim for a minimum of 120 total minutes a day. Many days going over that; on those days counting shoveling snow and other house activities that count as fitness minutes. Most minutes now are from aerobic walking; some of which are from my 5 /12 minute "sparks" of walking each day that I do right here in the house. They've made a tremendous difference; I think they keep my metabolism rev'd up. Then I try to fit in yoga classes and gym workouts where I can. Looking forward to spring and working in the yard again. I like being the size I am; but, I also like to be able to eat more than 15oo calories a day! Be well, Joy
