    TY Annie for leaving the comment on my blog about it taking about a week for us to get used to not eating sweet things. Now I am NOT cutting out sweets ALL together, just not junking out on them. I will allow a mini size candy bar every now and then, or something else as long as it fits into my points. BUT I really NEED those veggies and fruits added in (UGHERS ! Huh? LOL). TY for the suggestion of the protein bars. I had at one time tried some and LIKED them, so yeah I'll try them again especially since I am almost always low on protein each day. THANKS !
