    Thank you so much for filling out the introduction questionnaire at Fit to Write. We have similar goals, especially in the weight and nutrition categories. I hate tracking too (I think it takes too much time, and I'm always feeling short of time) BUT, for me, it works. I'm back to tracking, I think, between now and my birthday in May.

    I'm not a biker, but I am hoping to add some running to my routine when this winter ends. (I'm terrible at running on a treadmill.) For me, too, getting stronger and more functional is the primary fitness goal.

    I see your writing goal is to get in four session a week. Consider joining the 50% team goal. You technically have enough time to get in 14 session by the end of Feb, if you're willing to do a couple extra days to get things jump started. (This is me, trying to help kick you into gear :D) Come March, when the goal is reset, you'll have warmed up your writing muscles and be able to get at least 16 sessions in ... using your own schedule and also winning the 50% challenge.

    If you do it, and if it's been a while, I strongly recommend that you be very generous with yourself. Figure out what the absolute minimum amount of writing is, (for you) and count that as a win. It's so much better to have a string of wins in your recent past than a string of failures. Momentum matters.

    In that vein, we also have a game going on where we are trying to reach 100 positive steps (or more) in each month. Check out the thread on the team page, in the general discussion forum.

    What we are trying to do is hard. Taking credit for all the little steps that will turn us into productive, healthy writers is important.
