Hi, I am a mother of 4 and I have 7 grandchildren. I originally started spark people to lose weight before I got married. I didn't really stick to the plan but lost some weight because I was exercising more. I am here for all the community support I can get because I am such a procrastinator. My profile image is to remind me of what I would like to look like again, that picture was taken 8 years ago. I really wanted to go back to weight watchers but just can't afford it. Having that support group really helped a lot. I was held accountable for my weight loss and/or gain. Being here I have to learn discipline as well. So, I can use all the encouragement I can get. I have joined 3 challenge groups and will start working on those tomorrow.

My Goals:
My goals are to be healthy again and have more energy. I would like to look good in the clothes that I wear. To rebuild on my self esteem.


My Program:
My goal is 13,000 steps per day. I'm still on myfitnesspal and I record my steps each and every night. I enjoy working out and love a challenge. Right now I'm about 35 lbs over weight. So I have my work cut out for me. Weighing & measuring all my food and at least 30 min. of working everyday with strength training 3 days a week.



Personal Information:
I was born in Bremerton, Wa., but lived on the east coast for about 8 years, came back to Bremerton when I was 16 and have lived here ever since.


Other Information:
I enjoy hanging out with my children and grand children. Riding the motorcycle and watching football with my husband. I quit smoking 2 years ago and found out that I like to work out and it's got to be challenging.

    Whether you call it a muffin top, love handles, belly fat or spare tire, you are describing the fat around your midsection. When abdominal muscles are tight and defined it looks great but in most cases excess fat seems to conjugate at your middle and it’s big and flabby.
