To exercise daily for 30 minutes. Add more fruits and vegetables and protein to my food plan. Also to journal every bite. To keep a positive attitude and to check in with my teams daily.

I enjoy working on Crafts like jewelry making, oil painting, and needlepoint. I also like to travel and love baking for people. I am a rather nice but quiet person.
