HICKOK-HALEY
I know what you mean about always needing a dog. I am the same. I had to put Munchie down Oct of 2019. He was the last of our 4. Munchie always went with me for a car ride. After Munchie was gone the car was so empty. I told my Hubby I need another car buddy, and hiking buddy. A day before Thanksgiving that year I adopted Emma. She was 1 1/2 years. Germ Shep mix. Not sure what the other half is. She is very athletic, and loves to herd cats. The cats don't like it, but Emma is having great fun. She has helped me heal as well. Can you post a pc of Tyson? I didn't see one of him. I would love to see the sweet boy. Hang in there. It takes time to heal. 33 days ago

HI Thank you for being a SP friend. I appreciate your post on my page. I have been depressed due to listening to the news and learning of all the Covid-19 deaths. It seems like the 45,000+ deaths in this country are just a number to many, I spent many years working in administration in the long term care industry. It saddens me that many of those patients have not received good infection control care during this epidemic.
My Sparkpeople regimen has helped me focus on maintaining healthy nutrition and fitness while confined at home. I am fortunate that my husband has joined Sparkpeople, as well.
We retired to FL after living in Iowa and Nebraska during our working years. Our only grandchild, who is 6, lives in Omaha. He was planning on a visit in June, that has now been cancelled due to the virus.
Stay well and keep earning those Sparkpoints! Hawkeye
