Hey there :) I just saw your comment on my sparkpage asking me how I'm doing it and the truth is... I eat whatever I want. I just acknowedge the calories in it are bad or good and then get over it.

The only things I restrict myself on is fast food. I do NOT eat pizza. I found a healthier alternative. Potato pancakes are also out unless I'm making them out of squash.

Don't make yourself miserable or eat things you won't be eating when you've finally reached goal or you won't be happy or motivated on the way.

I have this cheap old exercise bike that I use for anywhere from 15 - 65 minutes a day (whatever I feel like doing.) you don't have to kill yourself with exercise, you just have to find a fun way that makes you WANT to move. For me, that's a bike. If I had a trampoline and space to put it that would also be in my exercise regime :P

So I guess the way isn't to "diet" per-se it's to acknowledge what you're putting in your mouth and whether the calories, carbs and negitive nutrition in that item is worth it for you.

I restricted myself for the entire first two weeks as a sort of detox so I could figure out what I could and could not live without.

I figured I can live without soda, coffee creamer, and pasta.
I can NOT live without mexican food and the occasional date night restaurant.

You can do this too! You've got this!

Just stopped by to say hi!!! Hope all is well with you! I haven't spent much time interacting here the last few weeks, although I have been using my phone app to log in and stuff. Dealing with some difficult family issues that seem to be on the time consuming side, but other than that all is well. Thanks so much for stopping by my page!!!
