Reaching for my Goal


Been absent for a while but I am glad to be back.

Life has gotten ahold of me and my priorities have been everyone else instead of me.

I am 20 pounds from my goal. My daughter is also sparking with me - really cool.

My Goals:
Get healthy most of all. I would love to increase my energy.

My Program:
 I'm attempting to eat smaller portions and drink more water.

Exercise on a regular basis.

 I am a quilter and seamstress. I am always wondering how something is made - I'll copy it!!!

I am married and a mother of two children. My son lives in TX and works for Child Protective Services. My daughter attends Adult School until she reaches 22.

I'm a stay at home mom.....but my "honey do" list gets long at times!!
