My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy, and have my clothes fit comfy. Goal to lose about 50 lbs
My Program:
Path to healthy eating. Working out at least two to three times a week
Personal Information:
New year, new goals. Trying to take one day at a time and make healthy choices to get to a better weight.
Trying to work out as much as possible. Work many hours so time is a factor
as well as energy - but the work outs help
It's easier because I am walking the journey with my daughter and friend
Other Information:
Very glad to be healthy enough to work and to get healthier by working out. New goals to make better choices.
