Time to do the right thing and make healthy choices. I won't be perfect but I will do my best. Mistakes will teach me how to make adjustments. I'm the only one who can give myself the gift of good health. I've got a birthday coming up -- let's make it count!

Get to a healthy BMI. Move my body at least 20 minutes a day. Pray & meditate daily. Keep diabetes at bay.

My Program:
I will incorporate more activity in my daily schedule (i.e., stairs & stretches). Walks with hubby & puppy are good. Keeping 1/2 the plate filled with veggies.
