Losing weight to build confidence in myself.


My name is Alice, and I'm 30 years old. I've been dieting off and on for years, and I am still getting nowhere. Turning 30 has made me reevaluate my life and I realized that my weight is what is holding me back. I lack the confidence I need to go for my dreams and that is directly related to my weight. I know that once I feel better about myself I will have what it takes to make my dreams happen. So here goes!
