Introduction Text My name is Alicia, 31 year old mama to a 7 year old girl. I am in the Los Angeles/South Bay area. Would love to meet people in the same area! I have over 100 pounds to lose but I am ready to do it!

My ultimate goal is to be as healthy and strong as I can be..I am trying to set small goals first so I gain motivation from accomplishing them.

So far I am cooking my meals, trying to stay away from eating out.. Fast food was a big weakness of mine.. I am execising at least an hour a day 6 days a week.. Even longer when I go to the gym.

I was born in NY but raised in CA. I have been here almost all my life in the Los Angeles area. I haven't been heavy all my life. I was really active in high school playing both Basketball and Volleyball. I want to have the energy and be healthy like I was back then.
