Introduction Text I am a mother of 3 young boys and wife to my very loving husband. I live in Central Mn and have finally opened my eyes and realize its ok to take a little time out of the day for me.

My goal is 165lbs but If I get anywhere near that I am happy with how I feel and how I look and I am "healthy"...I'm gonna be a happy lady.

Boy is this a learning experience. I have fallen off a couple times since finding SP. I'm back on and this time with a HRM! I am going to mix it up between a treadmills, eliptical, biking and Biggest Loser Yoga. Hopefully something will click and the lbs will start coming off a little easier this time.

I live in a small town north of St Cloud Mn. I am a SAHM of 3 boys, which is a blessing and a curse at the same time. They are typical boys, loud and wild but love them with all my heart. I also have a loving husband that loves to think of his wife and kids before himself. I'm so lucky to have him in my life.
