I am still smoke free since May 2, 2010! I have hit a few snags with my weight loss but I am still staying true to the changes that have gotten me this far. I am now trying to figure out how to fit these good habits and changes into my life and the life of my family who is not always as supportive as they think they are. I am training to run my second 5k in December. I can't wait.

I am working on me for once. I am tired of being the fat girl and not living life. I have found that life is much too short to let it pass you by. I quit smoking after doing it for 15 years and I have recently started training for a 5k. I plan on running my first race in September of this year. I can't wait.

I am running 3 days a week and doing some kind of cardio on my off days. I am also working on perfecting my push up. I am watching calories and tracking everything I eat. I have cut out pop and working on trying new recipes. Working on making changes that last.

    Hello! No shoes yet. I got really sick with a sinus thing. I've been back in the game now for about a week. I started P90X lean this week. It is awesome. I'm fit enough to do it and have tons of r0om to grow. I still havn''t got back to tracking anything .That's why I've not been around. I need to work on that.

    Keep up the good work. You have the advantage of youth on your side. I could lose weight pretty fast when I was younger but the older I get the harder it is. Which means I have to work much harder, but that's okay! I WILL get there and so will you. Have a great day and enjoy your day!
