Hi Spark Friends. I've been gone a long time and it's time to get back on track. I had a Heart Attack and was in the Hospital for Pneumonia for eight days a few years back. It has taken me a long time to recover and I'm not as healthy as I used to be.

I am 74 years old now and will never be as active as I used to be. With a little help from my friends I will get stronger every day.
