My Goals:
-130's for my birthday in March
-being binge free!!
-limit drinking
-S.T 2-3xs a week!

My Program:
-consuming between 1200-1500 calories a day, mostly veggies and fruit & limited bread/starchy carbs/sugar

-exercising 6 days a week including cardio 6 days and strength training 2-3 days per week
- i usually incorporate power yoga into my program twice a week



Personal Information:
Just moved to Charleston, SC with my boyfriend after completing a year in Americorps. Working at a Gold's Gym to get my foot in the door w/health & fitness industry (also looking into getting certified to be a group fitness instructor). Just got a job as a revory asst for a drug and alcohol rehab center!



Other Information:
FOCUS: SELF LOVE!!!

learning all that i can in this life!! Trying to take each day as it comes, focusing on the positives it has to offer and letting go of what I can't control!
