    Yes ! You did it right :) If you are not familiar with this site, take the time to look around the members are AMAZING. You will find tips and ideas, on fitness and food and a whole host of other things. I could go on and on but the most important thing to me is the networking. You can always find other people that share your particular struggle at the time. Which is different all the time because as we change how we view food our struggle will change. My struggle now is I am finding that I kind of like jogging (not a struggle really) but something I dont have a lot of knowledge about so I blog and members respond and its awesome having a support system like that. I strongly suggest blogging its great therapy as well! Ultimately of course it comes down to us doing all the work. How bad do you want it? I want it real bad. I'm not gonna lie sometimes its really tough but Ill tell you what since I've lost over 45 pounds I feel GREAT. I am more "present" in my life then I have ever been.

    Eat less (pay attention to portion control)
    Eat better (less processed foods more fruits and veggies)
    Exercise more

    It sounds so easy doesnt it? lololol Ok girlfriend start walking!

    Well ya gotta start somewhere so I say throw the cigarettes out and start walking. Two good starts! You want to be able to play with that grandbaby right? Do not underestamate what you can do......You will amaze yourself!
