January 2021
I was here from 2009 through 2011, and then lost my way. I am now back, in a completely different phase of my life, and recommitting to finding the healthy version of myself.

When the funds are low, and the debts are high;

Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Success is failure turned inside out;
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt;
And you can never tell how close you are;
It may be near when it seems afar.
So, stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -

My Goals:
Eventually, I want to get down to a weight of 195, a weight I have not seen since my freshman year of high school. My "ideal" weight "should" be around 159 lbs., but my doctor admits that for my body type, 175 is a much healthier goal weight for me.
My other goal is to gain control over my life - and more importantly, take control over myself.
My Program:

I graduated from high school weighing 240lbs in 2000. By 2003, I was at 280. By 2006, I was at 310. In 2009 I briefly hit the 340's, then committed to sparkpeople and lost 25 lbs. I stepped away from sparkpeople, and quickly gained back much of the weight, topping out again in October of 2011 at 339 lbs. I once committed, got down to 285, and then stepped away. My goal this time is to not step away, as I am successful as long as I keep in contact with my support system and follow my program
