Introduction Text I live in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. I have a wonderful husband whose name is Richard. We were married in Hawaii in 1987 and I was dxd with MS on our first anniversary, 8/1988. I fell while hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. We had to end our vacation the next day. But life does go on and I have so much to be grateful and I am. But I really miss the things I used to do. I. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger. A Prayer When in Crisis The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.�Nahum 1:7 God, I feel lost and overwhelmed. The world seems out of control. Life has become a nightmare. Please help me remember that You made this world and declared it good. Give me the comfort of Your presence and the confidence to trust You even when nothing seems to change. Calm my mind, bring peace to my heart and strengthen my spirit to carry on in the midst of loss. Lay a path for me, and help me follow Your way as I move forward. Amen DON'T QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woodford State Park has some of the most beautiful natural ponds and spans 398 acres in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest. Columbus Day holiday is often associated with peak foliage in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Get through the day on the right foods and portions. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. This seems strange but I have trouble sleeping. Trying to live and eat on a budget.

I am logging all my food for the day and making sure I can (afford) that snack food at the end of the day. Trying to walk whenever my legs will let me. I try to exercise but I usually experience my MS symptoms at night afterward making it hard for me to sleep.

I am originally from Los Alamos, NM. I moved to CO in 1977 so it is my home. I have four great grandchildren in FL and three grandchildren here in Colorado Springs. I love to surf the net, read, watch movies. I walk when able. I love to meet new Spark People.

I never had any children of my own so I have always had dogs. I love dogs.
