At the beginning of 2014, I was a 210 lb. couch potato! I wore size 24 pants with elastic waist. I reached the point where I had tried many programs and nothing worked. I was told that the older you get, the slower you metabolism is. I believed I would be fat forever. As a last effort in February 2014, I started Diabetes Prevention Program and it made a world of difference! TODAY, I weigh 130 pounds and wear size 2 jeans. I know I CAN do it and I know I WILL keep those pounds off. I NEVER want to be fat again! But those extra pounds would love to come back. I will fight them!

I was just diagnosed borderline diabetic. I weigh 233 lbs now I was 240... 3 1/2 days ago...I'm thinking this is water weight. I'm 50 years old and 5 ft 1 1/2 and eating 1200 to 1500 calories
