My name is Jill Duncan and i will be 42 this year. Me and my husband both have always cared how we looked so for almost 22 years. I have worked out and watched what i ate. It has been really difficult sometimes, but in the end it has worked out. You have to start somewhere and thank goodness i did. I believe now at my age it does not come easy. I have been put through the test many times!!

My goals are to look great and feel great. I am on the right track!!

My Program:
 I am soo loving this program!! I am eating really good foods and losing weight at the same time. It's all about what you want to do. I never knew you could eat and lose weight without starving yourself. I am 40 and never felt better:)
