Staying as active as I can with arthritis


My goal is to maintain my healthy life style and be the best me.

I feel so much better than I did when I started Sparkpeople !

I am a mother of three sons, the oldest is 50,.....Grandmother of six, all are adults.
I love the outdoors and photography. In fact all the photos i post are mine.
I have already been doing things I never thought I would do again !

My Goals:
I want to feel better and live to know my great grand kids.

My Program:
 I on longer enjoy salty or too sweet foods. Cheese cake just sounds gross now. I even dream of healthy foods now ha ha ha !
I love yoga, weight training , and hiking, cardio makes me feel great.............. so I do it. : )


Personal Information:
I was born in KC Missouri many years ago.
Vegetarian living with a meat eater.

Other Information:
 I love too read and I enjoy great literature. Okay I am hung up on the women's murder club mysteries. Bird watching and photography are other interest. My love for the outdoors and fellow creatures is spiritual.
