Anyhow, one year I took a job at an Adventure Centre and thanks to my certifications I was busy at the waterfront and working with kids, and one day I remember asking the leader, "why don't you ever put me in crafts?" And she said, "You seemed like too ...

What??? Me???
Yeah, turns out at ANY weight you can be "a jock".
Now, as the years go by, I find that I am worried about my body keeping up with my energy level. I want to be able to keep buzzing around. Yeah, I dont lifeguard or teach kids to kayak anymore, but I still love the feeling of oxygenated blood pumping through me!
I am here to loose a few pounds...about 30...so that I can head into my middle years with zeal and confidence.
