Enjoy your day off, sometimes in the beginning I think it is one of the wisest things you can do for yourself to avoid injury and boredom. I try to mix up my routine, and I know I've just been doing the consistency this time around, but finally am now enjoying exercise like I used to. Today I did both a gym workout and then we swam for an hour. The swim was a bit challenging as the waves were kicking up but it was on the way out so we took our time and on the way back the wind was at our back, the sun shone the whole time and really it was just a matter of getting the nerve to get in when the air was cold but once in was great. What a great feeling again to renew my love of exercise. yeah for us :) 2021 days ago

Looks like you are on track too, things are going well, so far so good. Today I set the timer for 50 minutes to remind me to get up and move for 10, high steps, dancing, walking Kirby, just an experiment. It's muggy and too hot for the gym and no one home to go for a swim yet. Soon DH will be here and we'l go in together :) Have a great day 2023 days ago
