Quick.....grab your water bottle if you need to, but force an energy boost and a one-minute exercise of some sort. ANYTHING....Run around in circles if you must, but create an instant mood changer. It helps me to run to the upstairs bathroom and floss and brush my teeth. Fresh mouth is a good reminder not to put food in and mess it all up, but is further refreshed by water. Ahhh.....now forgive your own trespasses and keep heading toward that goal. KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON, my friend. You are not alone, and this slip is already behind you.
