    Hi! I just saw your comment asking about the protein shakes. I love them!!! I've asked my husband what he puts in them because he actually makes them for both of us in the morning. I know it's whey protein and carnation instant breakfast but there might be more to it... to me they taste like a vanilla milkshake unless you add more fruit to it to make it taste like something else. I'll give you more info once I know more about what he's putting in them :) Good luck with all your fitness goals! emoticon

    He got back to me about the shakes - he makes them with:
    .5 packet of carnation instant breakfast (vanilla)
    1.5 scoops Extreme 60 Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup ice
    he told me the nutrition for them is (this could vary some day to day):
    310 calories
    39 carbs
    3 fat
    35 protein

    you can also use strawberry or chocolate instant breakfast to change the flavors... hope this helps!
