I am going to break my weight loss into 100 day (or real close anyway) segments. There's always a special event or holiday to work towards.
Feb 19 - meet my first grandbaby DONE
April 26 - Final BLC weigh in DONE
June 21 - Business trip to Atlanta
Oct 4 - Business trip to Cuba
Dec - Holidays
June 22 - 100 days till business trip to Phoenix. - DONE
Sept 22 - First day of fall - DONE
Jan 5 - leave for 12-day cruise with Dad for 70th birthday - DONE

This is my motto for 2013. I don't want to have any regrets this year. I lost my mom to liver cancer on Dec 10, 2012. We were very close and I knew that she was sick but we didn't take the time to talk about her sickness and impending death until she was too sick to talk about that. I regret not taking the time to talk to her. No regrets in 2013 means taking time to get my weight under control. No excuses, no regrets!

1. Tracking everything that I eat.
2. Keep within my recommended calories.

Personal Information:
I am a momma to 4 grown kiddos ranging in age from 17 to 24. I have been struggling with my weight since the last baby came along. I have had a few diabetes scares (beginning with gestational diabetes with all 4 babies) that have all been controlled with diet and exercise.
