Yeah, when you are new to the site it takes some practice to get the hang of it. You posted in the Message Board section of the Community. Message Boards include many topics and I vist daily if only to say "welcome" to new folks. The other side of the Community is the Teams section. I am sure you'll find your Team and get connected with them. Fitness can be tracked on the Fitness Tracker, though a lot of folks keep a blog about their efforts or post on a Board or a Team site as well to share their efforts. I'm in"Spark" heaven here getting healthier everyday!! Picked up the Coach Nicole Cardio Blast and use it 5 to 6 days a week. Down to 123 lbs and still not smoking!!
